

Firstly check with us either by calling us on +44 (0) 1225 722100 or email to ensure the dates you are requesting are still available. If you then wish to book, we will provisionally hold your booking for several days until we receive the signed booking form and your deposit for the rental.
If you wish to proceed with the booking, carefully read the terms and conditions and then fill in and return the booking form to us either electronically or by mail.
Payment for the deposit can either be by bank transfer ( we will email you the bank details) or by cheque drawn on a UK or US bank.
The deposit is equal to a third of the full rental charge and then the balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
We strongly advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance for your stay in case you have to cancel your holiday, once you have paid your deposit/balance. Both the deposit and balance are non- refundable but in the event of cancellation, we will endeavour to relet your dates and if successful return your payment less a £25 administration fee.
